  • Step 2: Port number: 465
  • Step 3: SSL: Yes
  • Step 4: Authentication: Yes

Kindly apply the following steps to forward AOL email to Office 365,

  • Step 1: Open the default browser on your computer.
  • Step 2: In the address bar of the default browser, enter the Office 365 sign in URL.
  • Step 3: Enter the email address and the password in the given fields.
  • Step 4: Click the Sign In button.
  • Step 5: Select the Settings icon.
  • Step 6: In the navigation bar, enter Accounts.
  • Step 7: Select the Connected Accounts option.
  • Step 8: Click the + icon to add the POP3/IMAP account to the Outlook 365 account.
  • Step 9: When the new pop-up window opens, enter the AOL email address and the AOL password in the respective fields.
  • Step 10: Click OK.
  • Step 11: When you receive the notice saying, Connect your email account, click OK.
