- Step 1:Open the Outlook application. Select the Move section on the Home tab.
- Step 2:Select the Rules tile and select the Manage Rules & Alerts in the drop-down list. Click New Rule.
- Step 3:Select the Apply rule on messages I receive option under Start from a blank rule. Click on the Next button.
- Step 4:Select the type of email messages you want to forward. In case you're going to forward all the messages you receive, uncheck all selections. Click on the Next button.
- Step 5:When the dialog box appears, select the option for confirmation.
- Step 6:Select the Forward it to people or public group option as per your preference.
- Step 7:Go to the people or public group link and then click on the Next button.
- Step 8:Enter the email address to which you want to forward all your emails.
- Step 9:You can also select the email address from your contacts list and click on the OK button.
- Step 10:If you want to exclude this rule, you don't have to choose anything. Otherwise, you can filter email messages from certain senders.
- Step 11:You can also filter email messages that contain specific words.
- Step 12:Enter the name of your rule and checkmark the Turn on this rule box. Click on the Finish button.
- Step 13:You have now successfully forward mail to Gmail from Outlook.
