How To Add New Users To Zoho Mail Via Admin Console?

  • Step 1:Log in to Zoho Mail Admin Console.
  • Step 2:In the left pane, locate the Users option and click on it.
  • Step 3:On the following page, click Create.
  • Step 4:Input the user's first and last names in the respective fields.
  • Step 5:The username will be filled automatically depending on the preferred email format set. However, you can also modify this option according to your preferences.
  • Step 6:In case you have multiple domains in your organization, select the domain to which you want to add the user.
  • Step 7:Create a password for the user you are adding. Ensure it has a minimum of 8 characters with the combination of alphabets, numbers, and special characters.
  • Step 8:When the user signs in to the account, they need to enter this password to access their account for add new user in zoho mail.
  • Step 9:In case you want to force the user to change the password while logging into the account for the first time, check Force user to change the password on the first login option. When you select this, the user can access their account without changing the password.
  • Step 10:If you prefer, you can upload the user's profile picture.
  • Step 11:If you want to integrate this user into other groups, click the Show additional fields option. Then, select the group to which you want to add this user and click Add. You have an option to add the user to more than one group. You can also delete the user from a specific group by clicking the Delete icon. In case you don't want to add the user to any group, you can skip this step completely.
  • Step 12:Finally, click Create.
