- Step 1:First, open Settings and then select Start Mail MergeLabels
- Step 2:Under the label options dialogue box, select the label supplier from the Label vendor’s list.
- Step 3:Select the product number from the product number list and then click the OK button.
- Step 4:Next, open the file and click Save to save your document.
- Step 5:Next, click Mailings and then choose the Select recipients option.
- Step 6:Choose OK go to the mailings, and proceed with one of the following.
- Step 7:Either choose Address block or select Insert merge field
- Step 8:Now, choose Mailings and then click Update Labels
- Step 9:Next, click the Mailings section and then select Preview Results
