- Step 1:Open the “Road Runner” website on a browser. Next, locate the Mail option.
- Step 2:Click on the Mail option once located.
- Step 3:It will prompt you to enter the email address in the “Email” field. When prompted, input your email address.
- Step 4:If you have forgotten your email address, then follow the steps below.
- Step 5:There will be an option saying “Forgot your Road Runner Email Address.”
- Step 6:Click on this option. You will be directed to a page to enter your mobile number linked with your account.
- Step 7:Enter the linked mobile number in the given space. The email address will be sent to that number.
- Step 8:After you enter the email address in the address field, it will prompt you to enter the password.
- Step 9:After inputting the password, choose the “Log In” button available on the screen.
- Step 10:If you do not remember the password, then use these steps to recover or reset the password.
- Step 11:Click on the “Forgot your Road Runner Email Password” link.
- Step 12:Now, you will be prompted to enter your email address.
- Step 13:It will also prompt you to enter your mobile number linked with your account.
- Step 14:Once you input all the required credentials correctly, carry out the on-screen instructions to reset the password.
- Step 15:After resetting the password, enter it in the required field and click on the Log-In button. You can now start using the email account without any interruption.
