To report Outlook phishing emails, follow the below instructions.

• step 1:On your Outlook account, open the Inbox folder.
• step 2:Now, select the email message that contains the phishing content so that you can report it to Outlook.
• step 3:After selecting the email successfully, locate the Junk option in the reading pane of Outlook and click on it.
• step 4:Now, from the drop-down menu, select the Phishing option.
• step 5:To report the email and its sender to Outlook, locate and click on the Report button.
• step 6:Now, the selected sender address will be reported to Outlook.

Reporting the phishing email will not block the sender’s email address. To stop receiving phishing emails in the future, block that particular sender’s address manually in Outlook.

Follow the below instructions to block the sender’s address or mark the email as Junk.

• step 1:Select the email you want to block or mark as junk.
• step 2:After selecting it, click on the Junk option in the reading pane.
• step 3:Select the Block or Junk option.
• step 4:Now, the selected email will be moved to the Junk or Spam folder of your Outlook account.
