Roadrunner webmail is one of the best business class e-mails that is managed and controlled by Time Warner Cable (TWC). The Time Warner Roadrunner email settings, incoming (IMAP & POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) server settings are given below.
Incoming e-mail settings
POP3
- Step 1:Account type: POP3 or POP
- Step 2:Server address: mail.twc.com
- Step 3:Server port number: 995
IMAP
- Step 1:Account type: IMAP
- Step 2:Incoming mail server address: mail.twc.com
- Step 3:Incoming port number: 993
- Step 4:Security type: SSL/TLS
Outgoing e-mail settings
- Step 1:Account type: SMTP
- Step 2:Server address: mail.twc.com
- Step 3:SMTP port: 587
- Step 4:SMTP security: STARTTLS
- Step 5:SMTP username and password: Your roadrunner e-mail address and password
How to Setup Roadrunner Email on Outlook 2010?
Keep reading to know how to set up the Roadrunner e-mail account on Outlook 2010.
- Step 1:Open the Outlook 2010 app on your computer.
- Step 2:Click the File tab followed by the Add account option.
- Step 3:In the given fields, enter your name, Roadrunner e-mail address, and password.
- Step 4:Click the Next button.
- Step 5:Now, the Outlook application will try to detect your account settings to configure it.
- Step 6:Once your account has been configured, click the Finish button.
- Step 7:If the Outlook application fails to configure your account, then manually set up your Roadrunner e-mail account.
- Step 8:To do so, click the Manually configure server settings option and click Next.
- Step 9:Click the radio button beside the POP and IMAP option.
- Step 10:Now, on the Internet Settings dialog box, enter your account’s server settings correctly.
User Information:
- Your name: enter your name.
- E-mail address: Your Roadrunner account’s e-mail address.
Server Information:
- Account type: POP or IMAP.
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.twc.com.
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.twc.com
Logon Information:
- User Name: Your Roadrunner account’s e-mail address.
- Password: Your Roadrunner account’s password.
- Step 11:Click the More Settings button.
- Step 12:Navigate to the Outgoing Server tab and enable the first two options.
- Step 13:Click on the Advanced tab.
- Step 14:Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server port number in the given fields.
- Step 15:Click the OK button followed by Test Account Settings.
- Step 16:If the Time Warner Roadrunner email settings have been configured correctly, then the Test e-mail will be sent successfully.
