- Step 1: Verify whether there are any Internet connection issues. If so, connect your computer to a temporary network.
- Step 2: If the server is down in your area, you may not be able to send emails. For this, try sending an email after some time.
- Step 3: Check the server credentials, whether it is configured correctly.
- Step 4: If you have exceeded the maximum emails per hour limit, you may not be able to send email messages. You can send up to a maximum of 150 emails in an hour.
- Step 5: If any of your email accounts has exceeded its Disk Quota, it will also affect other email accounts added to Webmail.
- Step 6: When the sent message fails to deliver to the recipient, you will get a bounce back email message.
- Step 7: If the mail proxy servers have email queues that are being backed up, there may be a delay of 3-4 hours.
- Step 8: If the issue persists, try accessing your email account from your browser.
- Step 9: Go to the Compose section and check whether you can send emails.
- Step 10: If you are able to send emails from the browser, remove and reconfigure your account on the email client to fix the issue.
- Step 11: Now, you will be able to send email messages.
